Personalized URL marketing strategy
This week, we announced the launch of the personalized URL strategy guide.
We’ve posted it up on Slideshare for you to view or download.
We were originally inspired to produce the guide when we saw marketers making the mistake of relying too much on the “URL” rather than the true benefits of using personalized URLs in an overall multi-channel strategy.
Sometimes print awards influence that thinking. They reward campaigns that very beautifully splash a person’s name across a very static albeit personalized graphic but very rarely do they reward the well targeted marketing campaign that speaks to each individual in a unique way.
Well, maybe the marketers that launch these type of effective campaigns, don’t need the awards to know they’re on the right track. Many of our customers have really set the bar with their targeted campaigns and a lot of these strategies are inspired by their innovative ways of using the technology.
Wrich sums up the right way to think about personalized URL strategy best,
“Personalized URLs should be regarded as the key that gets you in the door. The vanity associated with personalized URLs might get you the 10 extra seconds of attention or the increased incentive for the customer to visit, but marketers still need to employ the strategies that actually provide the legwork in a targeted marketing campaign.”

Towards individuals over who’re talking about executing an all-nighter assignment, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves! As opposed to browsing to the world wide on the net and reading by using answers, really want to be studying.
I just started reading your site – thanks for writing. I wanted to inform you that it is not showing properly on the BlackBerry Browser (I have a Tour). Anyway, I am now subscribed to the RSS feed on my PC, so thanks once again!
