Hi, my name is Jeremy Lee, an engineering intern at L2, Inc and currently an undergraduate at the National University of Singapore. Today, I am excited to share with you a new feature coming soon to our cross media platform, Fuse.

We have recently integrated Fuse with Facebook Share, enabling our customers (fuse users) to initiate the ‘sharing’ function of any web collateral (e.g. emails & pURLs) on Facebook profiles. Fuse is able to track all clicks and sharing references from any profile within Facebook. The integration of a social media channel enables our customers to offer ‘more viral’ cross media marketing solutions.

Here is an example of how this feature may be used:

Suppose a specialty pie retailer, My Blue Pie, wants to initiate a viral cross media campaign through Fuse to promote a new pie. While creating a data collection site inside Fuse, a Facebook share link can be embedded on the site with a few simple clicks.

Here is how it works:


  1. My BluePie offers a customer a 10% discount if they will share a link on their Facebook profile and have 10 friends click on it. The customer shares the link on their profile that says, “receive a 10% discount from My BluePie.”
  2. Friends on Facebook see the link and click on it
  3. They will arrive at a data collection site where they are given the same offer. They are asked to fill out a form and Fuse will capture their data and generate a link for them to share on Facebook.
  4. With enough friends have clicked on the shared link, Fuse will automatically generate and send a personalized email / coupon to the customer.

This iterative process or viral effect allows marketing service providers to offer their clients cross media marketing solutions reaching a wider targeted audience.
